Review was taken down a second time… This is pretty absurd why my experience keeps on being deleted so I am reposting once again and will be reporting to Google. My experience with Dr. Choi has been unfortunate. He never returned my messages (multiple were left), never once greeted me or asked how I was doing. He is a very cold, impersonable, and callous dentist. Would not recommend.
Negative reviews that are true to the patient’s experience seem to be taken down unfairly (this one included). Dr. Charlson Choi has horrendous bedside manner (no greeting-absolutely nothing) and never returns calls. And no, it is not necessarily his staff’s fault as they claim that they have personally reached out to him to respond. Simply put- he’s uncaring, and it is evident he is in his field for his own personal gain rather than trying to help others. Dr. Choi has done good work for all members of my family of three. Very satisfied.
