Dr Ng was very thorough when explaining the results of my tests. She took time answering our questions and didn’t rush us through the appointment. I was very please with her knowledge and the staff was excellent as well. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
I had been in and out of doctors offices for years with no help. Within 5 minutes of me describing my symptoms she was able to diagnose me and help me.
I showed up 6 minutes late for my appt. was told I couldn't be seen bc I was late.....makes sense EXCEPT her late policy states if your 15 late late you won't be seen and EVIDENTLY she considers 15 minutes early to be on time..... so in fact if your one minute late you won't be seen. Confusing nonsense!!!!!!!!!
