Dr. Williams knows her stuff! She was very professional and caring on both occasions (follow up). Her bedside manner is AWESOME. She greeted me with a huge smile and took the time to explain to me what was going on. I wish she were a primary care option. Whenever I need urgent care, I'll make my way to Dr. Charling Williams, she's the BEST.
