I can’t thank Dr. Edmond and his team enough! I had a septoplasty, turbinite widening and cyst removal surgery in July and it has been life changing for me. My ability to breathe through my nose was progressively getting worse and causing me difficulty sleeping, working out and had me feeling anxious. This team was communicative and thorough. Their billing department was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was just trying to pay my balance, but I got transferred over and over and talked down to. I was transferred to a lady Tamara who made her name very clear she was upset as to why I was transferred to her and kept blaming me saying I must have spoken wrong. I’m just trying to pay a bill and I’m just so confused why I’m being yelled at I didn’t even call her I was transferred.
Dr. Charles Edmond saved my life. In my opinion, he is probably one of the best ENT’s in the country. It’s been many years now since my tongue cancer, but he did an amazing job with the surgery and all the follow ups for 10-12 years thereafter. If you are looking for a knowledgeable expert who is personable and caring, this is your guy.
Went in for a procedure this morning after losing sense of smell 10+ years ago. 5/5 stars for their staff 🌟 everyone from the front desk, to nurses, and doctor were all kind, patient, and made the surgery less nerve racking. I don’t think I’ve ever met staff so wonderful at a doctors office!
Dr. Edmonds is by far one of the most highly skilled and compassionate surgeons I have ever known. I’ve had several surgeries with him and they’ve been smooth and successful-from the pre-op to the post, Dr. Edmonds and his team walk alongside their patients ensuring they have the best care and follow up. I am forever grateful for such a skilled surgeon who does such meticulously amazing work!
