I have been with Dr Pewitt for over 20 years and love him dearly because of him caught my cancer early and I am cancer free he knows I know my body and listens I do recommend him
We are very disappointed in Dr. Pewitt's services. He says, 'I help my patients.' That is absolutely not true!! My mother in law needed a medical form filled out by a medical professional to go to live at retirement community and Dr. Pewitt and his staff said they had never seen the form before and would not fill it out!!! We had just seen him 3 days before we asked him to fill out the form and he wouldn't. He said he was there for his patients but he was not. I have been going to Doc P for over 10 years and he is now the only Doctor I go to. He takes time to diagnose any problem and explains to me what my options are etc. I highly recommend him
Got me in quickly as a new patient and diagnosis\treatment was right on point.
Amazing doctor. Prompt referral to UAB ENT specialist, as he did not know what was causing my problem.
I saw him over 10 years ago and he was amazing. My PCM on base evaluated me for what appeared to be an enlarged lymph node. They set up a same day referral with a fear of lymphoma and he determined it was a carotid body tumor and set me up with Dr. Glen Peters at UAB for a surgical consult. Dr. McQueen was kind, caring and knowledgeable and I couldn’t have asked for better service and care.
There should be a ZERO because 1 star is far better than he deserves!!!
Super fine
Dr. Pewitt has been my primary physician for sometime now. I highly recommend him, he is both professional and still very caring of any situation. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I drive over 30 min just for my appointments because I would rather have no other doctor. I cannot stress enough how good of a person and a doctor he is, the staff is amazing, it's very clean, and when I have an appointment it is a good experience.
