Avoid!!! Only cares about you if you self-pay his high prices or if you have the highest priced insurance. Clearly he is about making money and not helping people with this terrible condition. It is disgusting that someone who wrote a book on dysautonomia refuses to see new patients unless you self-pay or have some ridiculous insurance. As a new patient of Dr Thompson- I am pleasantly surprised at how kind Dr Thompson and his staff have been towards me- every one from the sweet lady at the front desk, the lady in the lab, the nurses and Dr Thompson were wonderful!

We traveled a long distance to see Dr Thompson. “Randy” spent 4 hours with us, carefully reviewing the whole medical history. He is relaxed and easy to talk to. He asked many questions and showed he actually cares. He has a plethora of knowledge and insight to share. He has been available for phone consults when needed.
