Roman was awesome! Hands down the best provider I’ve seen in Columbus. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a PCP I felt comfortable with, and he made the whole experience so easy. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and actually takes the time to listen. The staff was very friendly too—I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Charles Roman is a phenomenal physician. He is kind, takes time to listen to concerns and takes action. I had some recurring generic symptoms where bloodwork was coming back normal. He ordered an ultrasound and found cancer. If it weren't for his diligence it would have gone undetected. Grateful for him and his staff!
Excellent care experience
If it wasn’t for a nurse practitioner, Mae Dixon, my health would be in jeopardy. She always saves me! Chelsey has been there for a while and is the rock of Gibraltar in that office she’s efficient and pleasant
I had been going to this practice for a while and originally had a great experience with several nurse practitioners who truly cared. Kristin Neely was my favorite! She took her time during appointments, listened closely, and always responded quickly through the patient portal. Unfortunately, she left and that seems to be a common issue at this office.
