Dr. Murphy is the best doctor i have had the privilege to care for me. I honestly can say that if God had not led me to him, i would not be here to comment. The 1st photo is in 2016 when dr. Murphy became my doctor photo #2 is year 2024 8 years after he started taking care of me. Im by no means completely healed i still have a long way to go but i know with God & Dr. Charles Murphys help ill live long enough to see my grandchildren grow up.
Dr. Murphy is the best foctor i have had the privlage to care for me. I hinestly can say if God hadnot led me to him i would not be here to comment.
Dr. Murphy is awesome, but the new computer system they are using makes it virtually impossible to get ahold of anyone or make an appointment. It always says the line is busy, and there is no option to talk to an operator.
I am extremely disappointed in the staffs workflow. I have called over four times on different days, and no one has been able to provide me help. I have been told each time that I would get a call back with no call back. I would like the office manager to contact me to resolve this issue. Or I will be canceling my next appointment, and finding a new doctor. It would be a shame because I do like the doctor and the nurse practitioner but the staff is spoiling this experience. Update:5th try was a success.
