I visited this fantastic Dr with my husband for the first time. And yes, we have to wait a while because he is such a thorough physician, he really cares about his patients. Explained everything carefully and detail. Thank you Dr. You are one of a kind!
I help an elderly man with his affairs including doctor visits. They kept him waiting over 30 minutes. Unacceptable. They obviously have forgotten how to schedule. I used this doctor for about 3 months till I changed doctors. Never saw him and had office staff misinforming me and actually lying to me.
Dr Charles Willey is a very caring doctor. And his staff is excellent too I am glad he is my physician he is very understanding and easy to talk to
There should be a 0 star because that is what he deserves. He basically told us that if the good Lord willing , the UTI would take our mother. One round of antibiotics in the hospital and then released her before we had a plan in place. Never checked to see if the UTI was gone or send her home with antibiotics . She was put on Hospice and they gave her antibiotics when they realized she still had infection. Just because she had some dementia, doesn't give him the right to just dismiss her other needs. Very disappointed in care after hospitalization. Denied therapy after major stroke with nurse practitioner's agreement. Changed doctors. Best thing I ever did! Great so long as you are healthy. Just do not get sick.Addendum: I ended up getting 7 months of all day therapy and 2 months of out patient therapy at the wonderful SSM day institute with my new Dr's approval. I am now driving!
