My husband and I were both patients of this office. Our experiences were of concern. I,upon meeting the front office receptionist, was concerned with the "prickly" nature in which she handled interactions. Being a new patient you hope to start with a clean slate. I felt treated as if I were a child that has brought about a lack of patience upon any questions that may be asked. It's hard to find good service providers. I was referred to Dr Bird by a coworker and reluctantly made an appt to see if my dental experience would be better than previous offices I had been to. I will admit, I'm a wimp. I prefer patient and gentle staff who don't leave my mouth feeling like I chewed glass. I'm happy to say I have had great care in Dr Birds office, from the receptionist, to hygienist, to Dr Bird himself. What an amazing group , the office staff care about you as a patient. They work with your scheduling and respond with understanding. Dr Bird has made my family feel comfortable and we enjoy the efficient service. The quality staff are kind, and communicate with each individual family member needs.
