It's hard to find good service providers. I was referred to Dr Bird by a coworker and reluctantly made an appt to see if my dental experience would be better than previous offices I had been to. I will admit, I'm a wimp. I prefer patient and gentle staff who don't leave my mouth feeling like I chewed glass. I'm happy to say I have had great care in Dr Birds office, from the receptionist, to hygienist, to Dr Bird himself. What an amazing group , the office staff care about you as a patient. They work with your scheduling and respond with understanding. Dr Bird has made my family feel comfortable and we enjoy the efficient service. The quality staff are kind, and communicate with each individual family member needs.
I switched to Dr. Bird after 32 years with my former dentist who had just retired. Dr. Bird and his staff are amazing. Everyone is friendly and caring, and Dr. Bird is incredibly personable. He takes the time to get to know you and genuinely cares. His staff are thorough but gentle. Some of the best cleanings with little to no pain in the days after the checkup.
