I absolutely love my dentist and always recommend them to anyone looking for a new place! I’ve been coming here for about 7 years and have always had a great experience. Dr. Bird is the best, and the whole team is so wonderful. Amy at the front desk is amazing..so sweet and always goes above and beyond to help. I’ve even brought my 3-year-old daughter in a couple of times, and she loved it both visits. Such a wonderful office with amazing people!
My husband and I were both patients of this office. Our experiences were of concern. I,upon meeting the front office receptionist, was concerned with the "prickly" nature in which she handled interactions. Being a new patient you hope to start with a clean slate. I felt treated as if I were a child that has brought about a lack of patience upon any questions that may be asked. It's hard to find good service providers. I was referred to Dr Bird by a coworker and reluctantly made an appt to see if my dental experience would be better than previous offices I had been to. I will admit, I'm a wimp. I prefer patient and gentle staff who don't leave my mouth feeling like I chewed glass. I'm happy to say I have had great care in Dr Birds office, from the receptionist, to hygienist, to Dr Bird himself.
