best doctor i’ve been to. helped me tremendously when i had covid. truly what a good professional caring doctor supposed to be. thank you dr. Hinz
Doctor Heinz is great . But it took over 3 days to send my prescription to the pharmacy . I went several times they did not have anything in the system which I understand maybe they just forgot to send it ? . When I finally called the doctors office the lady asked me “what did they do with the things we sent over “ as if I’m suppose to know ? Very awkward … Clearly nothing was sent over for several days and I think there is better ways to speak with patients can definitely discourage someone from coming here
Dr. Hinz has really excellent bedside manner. He is very thorough. He listens to all of my concerns and answers all of my questions. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but I don’t mind since I know it’s because he really focuses on each patient and never makes people feel rushed.
Dr.Hinz is the best doctor there is.
