Doctor Heinz is great . But it took over 3 days to send my prescription to the pharmacy . I went several times they did not have anything in the system which I understand maybe they just forgot to send it ? . When I finally called the doctors office the lady asked me “what did they do with the things we sent over “ as if I’m suppose to know ? Very awkward … Clearly nothing was sent over for several days and I think there is better ways to speak with patients can definitely discourage someone from coming here
