I don’t even know where to begin with this review. Nothing I can say will ever be enough to say thanks for all this wonderful man did to help my sick daughter. This doctor has saved my daughter’s life…..literally. He took time to listen, where others were not open to hearing her out. He came up with a clear plan and put things into place that helped her, after 4 years of searching and begging, Dr Hoggard was such a blessing.
