Was given a 12:00 appointment for new patient paperwork that didn’t even take 15 minutes. So they expected me to wait until 1:00 over an hour because they requested I be 15 mins early. Like that don’t even make sense.
I sit here for more than a hour every visit.
Dr. Charles Brown is the worst on there is he does not care about his patients only care about a check. They have told me the wrong due date multiple times. I went due to my blood pressure being up and having abd headaches that won’t stop , swelling in my hands and he said it’s normal. I do not recommend him to care for any pregnant woman. Wish Dr Marisol was still delivering babies.
Incredibly irresponsible staff. Telling me WRONG information ALL THE TIME. They lost a bunch of my forms/records without telling me!!!!! I need to have a procedure down ASAP. I scheduled an appointment and stopped by to have all the forms signed about 2 months before the appointment. One of the form is for them to get my previous record, a prerequisite for the procedure.
