My 1st impression was fantastic because I saw him walk out the elderly Gentleman before me to his waiting family member and was so relaxed and not in a hurry. And he took the time to talk to me and my family, answered Questions and actually Texted the Dr. Consultation he wanted me to see to get me in sooner. I was seen that same afternoon. My Brother has seen him for years and he came highly recommended by him and his family also. My sister who is a nurse also was very impressed with him also.
I have been seeing Dr Charles F. Asta for well over 5 years plus. I never had a poor experience with either him or his office staff. His staff is very professional and if you should have any questions or concerns they address them very expeditiously. Dr Charles Asta has been treating me for several neurological conditions including migraine headaches. My migraine headaches are basically non-existent since his treatment plan began. Told me my insurance was accepted, I waited months to see Dr. Asta. I went for my appointment and was told my insurance was actually not accepted and I had to pay 400 dollars in order to be seen. I suffer from severe mirgrianes after beating stage 4 cancer, and this office had no sympathy to help me. Angry is not the word. I am infuriated. I wish I could leave 0 stars
