Called for seasoned firewood and was told yes, they have seasoned firewood and could deliver today. Delivery arrives, driver states lawn is “too soft” to drive on in January to drop firewood where it’s stacked, so it’s dumped in my walkway. Look at the wood, first of all some pieces are way too long to fit into my wood burning stove, second the wood feels moist, and looks too fresh. If you’re looking to get wood for your wood stove, this isn’t your place. I bought a bundle for 80 dollars and all the pieces could have been split two or even three more times. Most were 18-20 inches. I shouldn’t have to spend time with my splitter on their wood before they can fit in the wood stove. I do not recommend this place.

We had to perform a soil test for a property we are purchasing, as an underground oil tank had previously been removed by D.R. Charles with no documentation of removal or soil testing. We paid $1,450 for expedited results (2–3 business days) due to a time constraint. Throughout the process, communication with Jen at the front office was extremely unpleasant.
