Been using this group of Doctors for several years and has always been very pleased.
The nurses do not call you back, and the secretary fails to deliver correct messages. I waited for over 6 days for a simple prior approval form, that could be handled over the phone, in less than 5 minutes!.(still did not get this corrected) If you choose this doctor be prepared to do the job of their nurses, insurance representatives, secretaries, and physicians.. Very displeased, If you have medication needs DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!
People either like these doctors, or dislike them. Very little middle ground. They usually have a waiting list and are known to cull patients on a whim. Nurses have a long standing reputation of being rude. Doctors have a reputation of either being loved or extreme dislike.
