I was referred here by the ER doctor because I had severe blood in my urine, UTI and narrowing of my urethra. I also have issues with back flow to my kidneys. The ER doctor doesn't think the brain nerve to bladder muscles are working 100% correctly and I also have a major overactive bladder (affecting my job) and possible IC but I have no clue because I've never been checked for bladder issues. Dr. Payne is the most wonderful, caring doctor I've ever met. He takes the time to explain everything and he even looks like he's in pain if you are. He even called me at home to check on me. That's the only doctor that has done that.
My husband had a vasectomy here in December 2022, they asked for a specific amount of money out of pocket before they would do the surgery. The insurance company paid more than they expected so we now have a credit of $237 there which means we should be mailed a check. I have called multiple times to ask when we will be refunded our money and the answer is always a different date. It is now May 2023, the office manager told me that she would be mailing refund checks out two or three weeks ago and still no check. I have no co... read more
