Pardon me but hellllll to the no . The receptionist are very ignorant when it comes to dealing with patients over the phone . One lady was so rude because I could not understand what she was saying saying . To be honest they just scared me away . I will look for another primary care doctor . This is not it . The call reps are rude rude have no patients .do yourself a favor go some place else
I'll be avoiding this practice at all costs. I found the staff rude and dismissive and Dr. Moore to be simultaneously pompous while also aloof. It took me numerous calls to reach them to address a simple billing error. When I finally connected after receiving no call backs or action, I found the clerk's tone hostile and overly defensive, rebutting the simple directions the lab told me they needed to correct to fix the error.
