Sadly, I had a terrible experience. I was recommended to this office but had difficulty getting an appointment. After the appointment, the promised Rx was not sent to my pharmacy. I tried multiple times to contact the office (during business hours) only to get a message that someone would contact me in 72 hours. Will not be returning.
Dr. Scales has EXCELLENT bedside manner, is incredibly knowledgeable, capable, and genuinely cares about his patients. He listenes closely to patient’s input regarding treatment, takes the patient’s goals, expectations, and concerns into mind when developing a treatment plan, and provides treatment alternatives for the patient to consider if the initial treatment option is not agreed upon.
