Dr takes the time to listen to my problems and able to offer me treatment options. Front desk staff could be more helpful. Also I guess the pandemic also affects staffing at healthcare facilities…so we all just need to be more patient I guess.

Dr Chang is a fine doctor. HOWEVER, appointments are difficult. Once you get an appointment, expect it to be rescheduled. After you get your next scheduled appointment, expect it to be rescheduled again. This has happened for a third time now. Although Dr Chang is a good doctor, it's ultra -difficult to get an appointment that won't be rescheduled. I'm finding a different urologist unfortunately. Just the truth.
Dr. Chang helped me after a testicular cancer diagnosis left me in an emotional whirlwind. As a physician, he is kind, compassionate and thorough. He communicated incredibly well and made me feel safe in a very scary time. He is an incredible doctor.
He took me on as a new patient when I found out I had 20 kidney stones. He explained all the procedures really well & I felt like he helped give me some options to choose from throughout my care. I highly recommend him!
What a joke!!! Takes months for an appointment and then they cancel over and over and over. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!
Couldn't finish an exam cause the pain was so bad. So he told me to go back to primary care. Really? Ur the penis doctor and can't help me so you send me back to the person who referred me to you? This guy is a joke...
