Great doctor best in town, I have been seeing him for 28 years and I have never had a bad experience. He takes his time and actually listens instead of rushing out of the room to the next person.
Dr. Young and his assistant at the front desk are great. Dr.Young has the capacity to listen and help you in a timely manner. I wish every family doctor were like my doctor!
The doctor is great. His office staff is lacking horribly. They never actually answer the phone, they sent me to collections and I paid the bill. Never got a receipt sent as I had moved out of state. And a year later, the matter is still in collection. Doctor gets 5 stars in my opinion. Sherisa, his office staff opts to only do what she wants, takes money and it doesn't address the matter.
