I was actually there to see Tyson Harris FNP-C. Everyone there is pleasant and professional, and Tyson is very thorough and helpful.
The front desk girl that I talked to was fine however the doctor is unwilling to help. I was told that he refused my referral (I am looking for a second opinion) and that I need to stay at the doctor I'm at or travel to the university of Utah with no explanation as to why I was refused. Pocatello is already a bit of a drive for me, so now my only option is to seek out of state care.

Not so good. They refused to accept me as a patient, no reason given.
