I like the Doctor, he’s very nice and explains things well..but the office is poorly run. They are not on a current EHR that allows them to properly communicate with patients or their care team. When you call the office, the conversation is not being documented in your medical record so if the paper is lost there will never be any follow up or resolve. Like the doctor but some of the office staff are lazy and rude. They gave me a prescription and my insurance didn’t cover. The woman in the office told me to call my insurance company. WHAT! I’m the patient… isn’t that your job!!
