We met with Charles, and he came across as condescending and dismissive. He seemed more focused on his own perspective than listening to others. He did not show empathy or consider different opinions and experiences. He spoke as though the injury could only be explained one way, based on his own experience, and he was consistently belittling and rude. I would not recommend him
He took no x rays. I don’t recommend him. I fell and was in severe pain. He said it was just a bruise. I had to practically beg him for a muscle relaxer.
Saw Dr. Allen this morning. Very professional. Diagnosed me and steered me in the right direction. Very thankful for his expertise!
