I can’t say enough good about Dr Ternent and his team! I recovered so quickly after my colectomy
Found an abnormality in the morning at his office. He had me in for a CAT scan by 3:00 that same day. With a biopsy done 5 days later. He has saved quality of life.

Dr. Ternent saved my life! He was the lead surgeon in my 12+hour surgery. He is such a kind and caring doctor. He took the time to explain exactly what he would do.
Seemed personable and nice, however he ultimately misdiagosed my condition. It wasn't anything life-threatening, but caused me to go untreated for several years before I sought another opinion and was correctly diagnosed.
Arrogant, I am an RN and was shocked at his poor bedside manner. Rather than answer guestions he becomes very defensive and belittles the person asking.
This is the third colonoscopy he has preformed on me (I am a 70 year old male). I am also a Catholic Priest. He has the highest standards. Before the test he comes in to ask if you have any questions and to check that the IV was properly inserted. Afterword, within a few minutes of waking he comes back in to see you and tell you what if any he found and removed and how long to wait before calling for results. I highly recommend him.
