Dr. Kaplan and most of the Dr’s there are professional and experienced doctors, but the front desk staff in Brooklyn and Queens are horrible. They have not one ounce of professionalism except Brenda. They are not friendly they are rude and always have an attitude. They are lazy and have an excuse for all their bad behavior. Dr. Kaplan you need to clean house
