Dr Williams is a great doctor! If you are looking for a more personable Dr with great bedside manners she is the way to go! If you are looking for someone who is going to rush your visit and treat you like a number then look somewhere else because Dr Williams is a personal doctor she actually cares about every patient she talks to us and that’s what I love most about her! Don’t rush her!

Love Dr. Charlene & the front desk lady is very nice, helpful . I can call and make same day appointments, If I feel unsure about something I can call my doctor directly and ask questions , I feel important & 1 on 1 attention is a plus for me.
I’m 41, have tried & switched many gynecologists and I can genuinely say that Dr. Williams has the absolute best bedside manner I have encountered ever. She takes the time to sit with you and explain any questions or concerns you have. She’s so informative, kind, caring and I believe she actually cares about her work & patients. I’ve been seeing her for 4 or so years now and never plan to switch to another doctor. She is the best. The front desk staff is also kind, prompt and efficient.
