I’m writing this hoping that people see this because I had a horrible experience and I hope that others really believe my experience and the others here. I honestly question if this person is even licensed. She was at the front desk eating chips when I walked in, I assumed she was the front office manager. Dr Williams is a great doctor! If you are looking for a more personable Dr with great bedside manners she is the way to go! If you are looking for someone who is going to rush your visit and treat you like a number then look somewhere else because Dr Williams is a personal doctor she actually cares about every patient she talks to us and that’s what I love most about her! Don’t rush her!

Love Dr. Charlene & the front desk lady is very nice, helpful . I can call and make same day appointments, If I feel unsure about something I can call my doctor directly and ask questions , I feel important & 1 on 1 attention is a plus for me.
