Comfortable and accommodating
Dr. Collier is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She truly cares for her patients and takes the time to address every issue and concern. She focuses on treating the WHOLE person and not just a diagnosis. Her office has a calming ambiance as well as beautiful decor. Her staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well. Dr. Collier is definitely a jewel!
Well, I called the office trying to make and appointment before they closed at 5pm. I called a little after 4:30. They left me on hold for 25 minutes. I was trying to be a new patient but the office staff didn't let me make it to that. Thanks
Highly unprofessional DO NOT RECCOMEND!!! I had an appointment on April 2nd at 3:30 PM. I provided all my information, including insurance, beforehand. Yet, when I arrived, the representative claimed there was no record of my appointment. How is that possible when I knew my exact appointment details? Moriah the rep was giving nasty attitude the entire time. All three women at the front just looked at me like I didn't belong there--no apology, no effort to help, just dismissive attitudes.
