Went to dr Andrews today for the 1st time wont be the last time found office ataff nice helpful and friendly and accomadating.The dr was so nice and listened and we were treated with respect and open to our health needs.Shes our dr and I recommend her and her office highly
Dr. C. Andrews is a nice person but as a doctor she doesn’t give enough time with the patient to really understand what is going on with them. She gets you in and OUT FAST. The girls upfront ALWAYS PUTS U ON HOLD AND COMES BACK IN 2-3 minutes. I have complained to her about this over and over again and to no avail.
I like her (: I had my 1st visit with her today. For a physical. She’s easy to talk to, sweet. I wanted to have a woman PCP and I’m happy with my choice.
Doctor Charlene is very good and thorough and listens to concerns. She goes above and beyond however it’s very hard getting to someone on the phone when the office is open at 9-10am ! They’re office is open at 9am and it sends your calls to voicemail, i think the receptionist don’t like answering calls there’s no way they are busy every start of the morning. So 2 stars because of my illness has gotten worse with the meds i was prescribed and my primary doctor isnt available asap only PA which were the ones who gave me these ... read more
