I like her (: I had my 1st visit with her today. For a physical. She’s easy to talk to, sweet. I wanted to have a woman PCP and I’m happy with my choice.

Doctor Charlene is very good and thorough and listens to concerns. She goes above and beyond however it’s very hard getting to someone on the phone when the office is open at 9-10am ! They’re office is open at 9am and it sends your calls to voicemail, i think the receptionist don’t like answering calls there’s no way they are busy every start of the morning. So 2 stars because of my illness has gotten worse with the meds i was prescribed and my primary doctor isnt available asap only PA which were the ones who gave me these ... read more

If you are looking for a dr that is patient, listens, attend to every issue that are experiencing medically, has amazing staff and just gets the job done. Dr Charlene is the dr you want to trust with your health. Not saying other drs arent good, but you dont come across drs like her very often where your health feels safe in their hands because you trust them completely with your health.
