Moved to Ohio 6 months ago and have contacted Dr. Yango's office 4 times now asking for records to be transferred to new doctor. As of today, they have not been transferred. Called to request them again and left a message. Received a call back from a new receptionist - one that I have not dealt with before. She proceeded to tell me there was a "process" to get files transferred. Dr. Yango has been my physician for several years since moving to Naples. I would recommend her enthusiastically! She is very thorough, caring, personable, and compassionate. And she listens! She always gives you the time that is necessary for your issue. She follows up as necessary. Her office is beautiful and convenient to all of the Naples area. Her staff is also very responsive, professional and polite.
Dr. Yango has been taking care of my elderly parents at Terracina Grand for over a year. She (and her staff) genuinely care about them and their well-being! She is never in a hurry and is always ready to answer all their questions and concerns - and mine, too. Dr. Yango is a true primary care doctor! When one of them isn't feeling well, rather than a wait and see approach, she does her best to figure it out and get it resolved.
