Dr Singh is a very unprofessional, rude, and uneducated neurologist. I came for a couple of visits and she did not want to listen to any of my concerns. She had a bad attitude and was very dismissive. I don’t understand why she chose to be in the medical field if she feels like helping and listening to patients is a chore. My last visit was very short about less than 5 minutes. I decided to see a different doctor that was able to help me with my symptoms and do alot more for me than she has ever done. I was helping a patient with an appointment at 9am. I arrived at 8:45 am and the door was not even open. So I waited till 9:00 and there was no one inside the clinic. I called their number posted on door, no one picked up the call. This is indeed a lousy physician. No idea how he is still licensed to practice!
I called in November 2024 to schedule an appointment with their office for February 18, 2025. After waiting four months to be seen, I arrived at my appointment only to be told they would not accept my insurance—despite it being Blue Shield of CA—simply because it was obtained through Covered California. This was something they should have clarified when I first booked the appointment. Dr. Singh is by far the most supportive and knowledgable doctor I have had. Her pragmatic attitude has aided in my recovery greatly!
