Dr Perumulla was instrumental in my recovery from a very rare fibrotic constriction of my ureters, which caused acute renal failure. He performed a bilateral ureteric transplant which freed the ureters and I regained 80% function in my right kidney, and 15% in my left. The "Little Magician" strikes again! Thanks Doc 👍
