As a patient of 10+ years, this review does not reflect my experience receiving dental cleaning or care at the office. My office visits have been wonderful throughout my appointments. My dental insurance does not cover cosmetic procedures or treatments, so I consented to paying out of pocket for Invisalign. I recently was not able to make an appointment to receive more trays/aligners, due to work. I have been a patient since 2022. My most recent visit in March was by far the MOST relaxing. My hygienist Lan was amazing. Her technique was light yet effective that I nearly fell asleep. Thank you Lan and thank you Dr. Williams. Your staff is awesome!
