Definitely 5 stars, I feel heard and respected by Dr.Shekar. The staff is a little quiet until you start up a conversation with them but once you do that they are very nice and not rude like the other reviews say. I’ve had the average wait time every time I’ve been, he is very focused on addressing my issues and helping me to get my meds straightened out. Which I’ve found to be rare these days. I’m very appreciative of him and his staff!

I understand that the wait is long and the staff maybe rude, but Dr. Shekar is the most intelligent, kindest, knowledgeable doctor that I have ever seen. I don't know why it is that the best doctors have the rudest staff. They can be and do better, I know that they can. I wasn't paid to do this review; I know this doctor from being in his office, working beside him. He's always going to do what's best for his patients, because he LOVES what he does, he cares about his patients, and this is his calling not just his career.

There’s nothing wrong with the doctor but he doesn’t have no control of the staff everyone one the staff is rude especially the one that follows him talking notes me needs some professional staff members I had been there at 9:00am when I left it was 3:45 they had me waiting in my car 3 hours before they would filled out my fmla paperwork which I paid them to do the one that follows him was the one that supposed to fill the out he had to get a nurse to do it whom didn’t know what she was doing I advised anyone don’t go there ... read more
