Honestly I have seen Dr Mishra maybe twice in the period of 3 years , and I don’t even remember her anymore. I had a thyroidectomy in 2021 and switched to her. Her PA has been great managing my thyroid hormone levels. Her staff though are not polite specially the lady who mostly is on the left chair ( when you come into the office).
Not sure why everyone is giving this office staff and doctors a bad wrap. I have been coming here for a few years now and they have been straight up about my health, providing excellent care every time! Give the staff and doctors a break, they work hard. Those working in the medical field have a tough job and they have your most up best interests at heart, even when you don’t want to hear it. Dr. Mishra has a wonderful bedside manner. I am so happy she is going to be my doctor. Melanie is a fantastic.nurse practitioner .
I have been going to this Practice for over 20 years. The doctor, Chandana Mishra is great. The problem with this practice is the other staff. I was sent a message saying that I had to download the CGM, the Dexcom 7 but it did not explain how to download but their system allowed me to send back my question. They never called me back. So I drove 30 miles out of my way only to be ignored. I asked for another person to talk to and that person ignored me as well even though I said that I was going to have to fire my doctor. Well so happy for the person who got her prolia shot as I have been trying to get mine since July 2024. I changed Endocrinologist at that time & have not been able to get my shot…it is now 4 months late….frustrated
