Not sure why everyone is giving this office staff and doctors a bad wrap. I have been coming here for a few years now and they have been straight up about my health, providing excellent care every time! Give the staff and doctors a break, they work hard. Those working in the medical field have a tough job and they have your most up best interests at heart, even when you don’t want to hear it. I have been going to this Practice for over 20 years. The doctor, Chandana Mishra is great. The problem with this practice is the other staff. I was sent a message saying that I had to download the CGM, the Dexcom 7 but it did not explain how to download but their system allowed me to send back my question. They never called me back. Well so happy for the person who got her prolia shot as I have been trying to get mine since July 2024. I changed Endocrinologist at that time & have not been able to get my shot…it is now 4 months late….frustrated
I don't know what all the negativity is about. This was my first visit to this practice; I interacted with 4 of her staff and they were all kind, receptive and professional. One of the medical assistants even took care of my prolia appt one hour after I left the office. Dr. Mishra was thorough and I could tell that she read my medical notes from my previous doctor in NY (I just moved to Scottsdale). The visit was not too short or long.
