I had Dr. Hwang for a C&P exam and I think it is the first time I would consider myself as “lucky” while dealing with the VA. Dr. Hwang took the time to not only thoroughly look through my folder, but he also took the time to speak to me and really listen in a way I have never seen before throughout the VA. I was so impressed I am currently trying to figure out how to be seen regularly by Dr. Hwang. If you’re a veteran reading this before a C&P, just know you’re in good hands.
