All.staff are professional and m polite. I trust them 100%.
Well the staff and Dr. Seemed nice. However I'm unsure why they schedule an appt. time my elderly dad and I waited an hour and half past scheduled time ...and well I believe patients time is valuable as well.....and it would be extremely nice if Doctors felt that way as well.... I know things is going to arise at times....but maybe try and not schedule so many people or something because you never get in to see Dr. At your appt. time. And a two hour visit by time we got out there for a flu shot and to check vitals....is kind... read more
I saw a nurse practitioner at this office and had terrible insurance at the time. The bill was around 300 bucks and I had asked them to re-process the bill with no insurance to see if I could get the cost down. Today i find out they sent the account to collections. The least you all could’ve done was cared for the patient and reprocessed the claim like I had asked. This provider is obviously out for money instead of the care of their patients.
I was a patient of Challie Mintons over 15 years, since he got his new office here in Mount Airy, N.C. his staff and him could care less about me and other patients, there is times his staff is rude and dishonest. Dr. Minton makes excessive appointments for his patients to milk they're insurance(s) and takes up for his staff when they're in the wrong and being dishonest.
