Used to hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Valeriano and their team changed that. Amazing understanding and kind team
Dr. Chalice Valeriano and whole staff truly care for their patients They have an awesome renovated office and would recommend this doctor to anyone. Doctor is very professional and caring. Been coming to same office/address for over 65 years.
The dentist might be great, but the receptionist is rude, arrogant and dismissive. My mother and I were long term patiets and we are now Going elsewhere because of this rude receptionist... When I asked her to call me about a checkup she told me I have To call her because They have thousands of patients!!! I explained to her that I am a retired financial services business woman and if I had told my clients I wouldn't call them because I had too many clients.I would expect to lose them....and so..dr. valeriano..you are losing... read more
I was about to swear off dentists altogether after a few incidents I could only explain as "horror stories". However the friendly atmosphere and professionalism of the staff here turned me around. I went from dreading the dentist, to actually looking forward to each visit. I would highly recommend anyone who is squeamish or just not sure about dentists to come here and never see the Dental Office the same way again. Also the place is being renovated for more on staff and patients.
