Dr. Diab does not believe in women. I had an ear infection with fevers and sinus infections for 3 years. I begged for him to approve me to see a specialist in Ear, Nose, Throat doctor after my throat closed up, ears leaking fluid, weird skin flashing conditions spread to my head and face, and constant back to back fevers. He denied my symptoms, looked at my ears in 5 minutes and told me I looked fine. Dr. Diab is fantastic! I met him at almost 200 lbs, very sick. I was diagnosed with diabetes 2. He was so kind and encouraging. Today I weigh in the 120s, I feel great! My condition is under control.The office staff is fantastic as is his nurse who does the blood tests and other states. I'm never leaving him!
Staff is very professional and trustworthy. Dr Diab is very straightforward and well experienced in his field. Helped my family members and answered all my questions in a timely manner.
Extremely unprofessional and aggressive!! I brought my father to the hospital because he was dehydrated. The techs had trouble drawing blood because due to this. I asked to speak to my father's doctor because he was not being given fluids IV or otherwise over night. When he called me he was yelling at me on the phone and not listening to my concerns nor my father's pertinent medical history. They canceled my appointment without telling me. The reason was that i had started to see a different doctor. They confirmed my appointment when i called. I took time off work and wasted my time. They didn't ask why i saw another doctor or why i would want to come back. They were just rude and said we won't take you anymore no matter what. I asked the manager if its mandatory to let them know if i saw another doctor, and she said yes. After she said it was common curiosity.
