This practice violated my HIPPA privacy rights. They take your personal information before you can even be seen as a new patient including social security, medicine, address, etc. Then I had to call them back a couple of days later to remind them of the information that I gave them and check the status of my profile to see if I can be a patient or not. Never heard of a dr that wont call in a prescription for a simple ear infection. No point in having this dr then, wont be coning back.
