Chad is extremely knowledgeable and professional yet very friendly and approachable. Post my cystoscopy he spent a considerable time explaining the results and inquiring of my urological quality of life generally, which I appreciated. Lori, his nurse at Maine Midcoast in Brunswick, made me feel very comfortable. The entire procedure was absolutely painless, contrary to what I had imagined. From a very relieved and satisfied patient!
So upset that Dr. Wotkowicz left the Portsmouth area. He is an outstanding urologist who helped me for years dealing with kidney stones. So knowledgeable and caring.
So far terrible! I haven’t even been treated. I was referred to this office by the ER due to the fact I have no primary care provider within my insurance network. Was told twice in the same day they would not see me based upon a referral I could not possibly provide from a provider that never saw me. Whoever called me last hung up on me after I used a curse word out of pure frustration when I had repeated over and over I did not have a referral even though the hospital sent me their way. Very pleasant and caring and knowledgable. Most importantly you can tell he cares and has compassion for his patients and I only met him once. So I hope my first impression continues true as he is now my new urologist.
Dr. Wotkowicz is a great doctor. He was clear, thorough, and answered my questions. He was great throughout my procedure - communicative and actively requested feedback to make sure I was ok and not in pain. Post op healing shows that he was accurate and sutures looked great. Would highly recommend.
