Once Dr. Trammell retired and Dr. Chad Schanilec completely took over, Dr. Chad submitted a double claim with our insurance and cleaned out the lifetime maximum of our child's account. We ended up paying out of pocket to have the braces removed with a different orthodontist. Even months cutting ties with Dr. Chad he continued to submit claims to our insurance.
he was the only ortho that mentioned my sons short roots and that we had to be careful with braces. he did a great job and my sons teeth handled braces well and are looking great!
Dr. Schanilec is very sensitive to the needs of my child and ensures that there is as much comfort as possible. He really listens if I have a concern and is incredibly flexible in finding simple ways to achieve the best results as gently as possible. The staff is so friendly and efficient and there has never been a wait time longer than just a few minutes. Most importantly, my child is happy, healthy, and transitioning wonderfully wearing braces!
