After many years as a patient, I canceled one appointment to have a filling, due to an upper respiratory infection. I woke up with fever, congestion, coughing (the normal). I was told that there is a $50 charge for missed appointments. I requested that they talk to Dr as I was unable to make appointment for obvious reasons. I was told that they spoke to Dr and that the charge is non refundable. My family and extended family totaling about 14 patients will be moving our business elsewhere, as there are many options available ... read more
I loved everything about this place! It's the best dentist office that I've ever been to!
OMG! He is the best! Wonderful personality and great chairside manner. I love my new bridge its perfect! His staff is also great. Everyone is caring and polite and knows what answers to give when you ask questions. Thanks to all of you!!! You make going to the dentist a good experience.
