Best Doctor I have ever been to in my 74 years. Both my husband and I had an appointment at his old place and just left without going in. First they had not informed us that today they had no doctors but also did not say Dr Kaplan was no longer with them.(Very under handed of them). We are going to call to make an appointment with the one and only, Dr Kaplan today.

Saw dct Chad for surgery . Glaucoma. Said it was too early Months later another Doctor said....it was too Late . Loosing vision down
On my first consultation,he told me about eye surgery to reduce my pressure.He took out of the drops After 5 months my eye pressure was very high He try to encourage me to do the surgery. I change the doctor.Be carfull,never to trust. I am glad I change doctor .
