We were able to schedule an appointment immediately, and Dr. Kaplan took the time to evaluate her condition thoroughly. He adjusted her medication and outlined a clear treatment plan, leaving her confident and grateful. His expertise, responsiveness, and compassion made a lasting impression. Highly recommended. :)
