We've had several video/virtual visits and they work well. Besides Dr. Carlson, we participate from two other locations and have had no issues. Dr. Carlson is also very thorough. He answers all questions to our satisfaction, listens to us and we are all a team making any decisions affecting our daughter. Would highly recommend him. Very easy to talk to.
