Absolutely the worst staff ever. Extremely rude office manager. They NEVER answer the phone and it will take calling them 3-4 more times, leaving a message each time before they call you back weeks later! Just to make an appointment!!! I have worked at a doctors office for 25 years and this office has the worst system I've ever seen. Dr. Alappatt is great, but come on doctor, get a better staff and better system. Your bad reviews should say enough.
