Excellent doctor, would not see anyone else. Dr. Tolentino recently left the practice and they refused to tell me where he was going, luckily today I finally found him at University of Chicago...Thank God.

He is an outstanding doctor. We have been seeing him for the past 8 years and he has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue.
