Terrible the waiting time is to long came to the office at 11:00 am appointment was for 12:30, did not get seen until 4pm. Terrible something must be done .
Deeply empathic, brilliant doctor. The front desk may not have been the most pleasant but my experience with all medical staff was that they were kind, fun, informative, and professional. My appointment was at the Brooklyn Hospital Center and not at this location.
Very unprofessional patient time appointment management. Their office on 86 Saint Felix St gave my grandfather an appt at 12:45pm today and we arrived at 12:30pm. It was explained to them after the first visit when he was made to wait hours before seeing Dr Ayala that my grandfather isn't capable of waiting that long and needs to be seen in a more timely manner. Staff at the front desk was very unprofessional and lacked the understanding that this is a medical facility and all patients should be treated kindly for the simple fact that you may not know the patients circumstances hence the visit to the Cardiologist. The manager told me that she would wave my co-pay fee as a sign of good faith which I was told was illegal by the bill collector after I received a bill, very dishonest and shady characters.
