WARNING!!!! There office is so unprofessional and unorganized. You can call and be very clear as to why you are calling and they still aren’t going to get it right. Then once you come in the have amnesia or oh it wasn’t me type of response. Referrals are a joke to them. Been waiting since April for a speech referral for my son and here we are now in August. A simple fax with patient info to the other place is all they are requesting. Simple right? Nope, not for them. You have been warned!

Thank you Dr.Ortega for all your help. The care you give to my child means a lot . If my child wakes up sick , I'm able to call by 8am and have a appointment that morning. Love the staff that work for you, so respectful and kind. So happy with Dr.Ortega

Dear Doctor Ortega this is so sad that I have to write this your office is so unfair to those on Medicaid and that's so wrong in so many levels. Your office needs to get it together . You are so unfair to single parents and the number of kids they bring in that's sad how a mother can't bring all her kids in at once to be seen my a danm doctor. We have to bring them one at a time how selfish that is and unfair to the parent. And so unprofessional for you Dr. Ortega. And u a doctor.
