That’s how bad your system. Is. I’m not the patient my wife is. But she inherited Dr de last tore from the hospital. He has the worst customer service base. The nurses are rude, they never let you talk to the Dr or his nurse, she leaves message after message Never get a call back. And heaven forbid if you’re five minutes late for your appointment! They will make you reschedule
For starters, picked up my meds at the pharmacy and realized I when I got home it was different. Trying to find out why from the staff was like pulling teeth. Dr. DeLaTorre never contacted me to provide an explanation and the staff was of no help at all, 4 days this went on with no resolve. Unprofessional and uncaring would be an understatement. I’ll be looking for a new gastroenterologist
Receptionist is the most Rude Ignorant Person I have ever spoke to on the phone. I was a new patient trying to schedule an appointment and its was so bad I just hung up and searched for another dr.
